Note: If you work with an approved third-party processing company, they will complete the QC review on your behalf.

How It Works
Every funded loan will trigger a Post-Closing / Compliance Checklist task assigned directly to you in ARIVE
Work through every item and toggle "Ready for QC Review?" to "Yes" to notify the QC Team
Once your file passes QC Review, your commission is queued for the next Friday payout
Review your itemized paycheck directly in Tempo (instructions below)
We will send a reminder of this process after you fund each of your first five loans.
Why We Built This
The faster your file is complete, the faster you get paid. This process removes the friction between funding and your commissions.
Example Payroll Cycle
Once a loan is funded and successfully completes QC review, it is queued for commission payment the following Friday.
For example, if a purchase loan closed and funded on Thursday, June 18th, it would be reviewed through the QC process and then scheduled for payout on Friday, June 26th.
*If you work with a third-party fulfillment partner, they complete the QC review on your behalf before the loan is queued for final approval and payment
How to Review Your Paycheck
Review your itemized paycheck by navigating to Tempo's Commission Trackerand selecting the "Paychecks" tab.
Each pay period shows up as its own row.
Payout Date shows the full breakdown when clicked
Regular Check shows your Paylocity paycheck's gross pay
Reimbursement Check shows the net pay on your reimbursement check
Click on a payout date to see your itemized breakdown.
Regular Check shows your commissions listed per loan, with your Brex charges and any fees subtracted underneath. What's left is your Gross Pay.
Reimbursement Check shows your reimbursements and benefits, totaling your Net Pay.
